Over a thousand runs, you’ve “lost” 300 lbs of material that the ERP thinks is still sitting in the warehouse.

  1. Negative On-Hand “Quick Fixes”

When a system allows negative on-hand balances, it’s often a sign that the paperwork is trailing the physical reality. While it keeps production moving in the short term, it destroys your Cost Accounting accuracy and makes it impossible for AI-driven forecasting tools to provide reliable purchasing advice.
